After almost 3 months of homelessness, we thought today was the day we would be moving into a place of our own....I can't even begin to describe the disappointment I'm feeling after being told we couldn't move in because the people who have been living in the house are still there. I'm sitting outside now, sipping tea and trying to remain calm. My mother once told me that good things come to those who wait....so I sit here, waiting.
